Daily activities, skill-building games, and practical strategies, all matched to the child’s needs – grounded in published research and designed by a practising occupational therapist.

Each day brings a short, achievable set of activities the child works through with a parent or on their own — a gross motor movement to copy from a video, a hands-on task at home like a craft or fine-motor game, sound and listening practice, and calming or regulation strategies. A companion — a plant or a dragon — grows as the child checks in and completes their day, turning practice into something they look forward to.

Goals, activity completion, and growth are tracked as you go – so parents, teachers, and clinicians can see what’s working.
